Our employment lawyer led team of HR Consultants attends site and works in conjunction with your current structure to complete specific tasks or projects. When you have a more involved project such as a reorganisation, performance management, disciplinary and/or grievance issue your consultant will attend site and help with all aspects of the process. We don’t advise at arm’s length our aims are to provide advice on both employment law and HR in partnership with you.
