The Bridge model offers employment law expertise through a previous 15 years legal practice as qualified solicitors together with highly experienced hands on HR Director support. Our employment lawyer led team of HR Consultants attends site and works in conjunction with your current structure to complete specific tasks or projects. When you have a more involved project such as a reorganisation, performance management, disciplinary and/or grievance issue your consultant will attend site and help with all aspects of the process. We don’t advise at arm’s length our aims are to provide advice on both employment law and HR in partnership with you. We investigate, interview, prepare evidence, project plans, scripts for meetings, guidance notes, we even chair hearings and sit with you through negotiations with staff, unions or other parties. Bridge offers a complete service and you choose which aspects you need for each issue you have, from fixed annual costs paid monthly, quarterly or annually to ‘as an when needed’ support with more complex or challenging issues.
