When you join BRIDGE we get to know the organisation, we work with you:

  • We meet on site.
  • We assess all your employment documentation, contracts, handbooks and related documents for agency, casuals, Directors, staff, employees and consultants.
  • We assess what we need to do to enhance and ensure compliance and protection whilst reserving flexibility and operational effectiveness.

We then update all documentation and start our ongoing support when you need us. We also issue monthly updates and of course we’re only a call or e-mail away.
