Jane brings extensive HR experience across a wide range of sectors to BRIDGE clients. After starting her career as a Graduate Trainee in the public sector, Jane has worked in roles including Head of HR for the National Trust, Director of People & Business Services at Guide Dogs and Director of HR at Marlborough College. Since 2013, Jane has been providing businesses in the area with pragmatic HR support, engaging training and mentoring on business strategy and leadership. Clients value Jane’s approachable style, practical advice and business focus.
Jane’s expertise is recognized professionally as a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the CIPD. She contributes her business knowledge in her voluntary roles as Trustee of a large Multi Academy Trust and as a Member of the Regional LEP Business Board.
Jane also works with our external HR partners, supporting them but always in a way that does not conflict with our valued and trusted external HR Partners interests and clients, Jane works for BRIDGE clients and supports our external HR clients when it is agreed for her to do so, often helping cover their work and supporting them when needed too.
